ProjectsLiquidity Risk Reporting

Liquidity Risk Reporting

Contributed to continuous improvement and automation of liquidity risk calculation and reporting processes.

Context

Banks regularly report financial indicators to the European Central Bank (ECB) to ensure liquidity resilience under adverse market conditions.

Within a team handling liquidity products, I focused on:

- optimizing operating processes through automation and data-driven tooling

- supporting daily and weekly reporting delivery as cadence moved from monthly cycles to high-frequency operations

Responsibilities & Ownership

Supported business teams in identifying process improvements through IT tools, frameworks, and implementation options.

Translated business requirements (cahier des charges) into actionable technical user stories for development and macro-command teams.

Participated in workshops to test and adapt new tools to team-specific reporting needs.

Impact & Achievements

Helped improve team productivity, with an estimated 40% reduction in time spent on core reporting processes.

Automated around 70% of recurring tasks linked to calculations, data updates, and reporting production.

Implemented Alteryx workflows for large-scale processing and used Power BI to replace static PowerPoint reporting with dynamic dashboards.
