Context & Scope
As business activity evolved and new sales initiatives emerged, I was assigned ownership of a web application called Tracking Agent.
The platform supported shipment tracking and logistics operations across several African subsidiaries of Bollore Logistics.
Responsibilities & Ownership
Because of differences in regulation and operating practices between African and European entities, the application had degraded over time and several critical features no longer worked correctly.
My mission focused on two priorities:
- restoring the platform to a stable, usable state
- integrating it into the standard DevOps and development framework to ensure long-term maintainability
Impact & Achievements
The stabilization objective was delivered within the first year.
Full integration into the DevOps and development framework was completed during the second year, enabling durable maintenance and alignment with internal standards.
